At Aadhya Jewellery, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns & Exchanges (Option 1 – Defective or Wrong Product)
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us at 8482904729 with details of the product and the issue.
- We will arrange a courier partner for pickup of the damaged or incorrect product and proceed with an exchange.

Once we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable time regarding your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
- If approved, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Returns (Option 2 – General Returns)
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 8 days of purchase
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
If more than 8 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Once we receive the returned item:
- We will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the status of your return
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
- Sale items are non-refundable
